Cancellation And Refunds

If you change your mind after placing an order and the products have not yet been dispensed, HNChems offers a full refund. To request a refund, please email us at sales@cokeonlnestore.com with your order number and delivery address. We will promptly process your refund.

Once your product has been dispensed, cancellation is no longer possible, and refunds cannot be issued. This policy complies with legislation regarding controlled substances and is in place because the product is specially prepared and labeled for you at this stage.

For clarity, if you have received your order and decide you no longer want it, returns and refunds are not permitted. Orders may be processed and dispensed on the same day they are placed, so please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or make changes.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
